A Day in Aomori

So, last weekend we went to Aomori City, the capital of our prefecture (which is like state), with Ako, one of our friends and English co-workers. Aomori is a seaside town so we went up in one of the tallest buildings of Aomori that is right by the ocean to see the sights!

We also went to an import shop and bought some yummy American food, and then we headed to the aquarium!

This aquarium was really cool because it had an area where you could pick up different ocean animals like starfish, hermit crabs, and other weird undear-sea things!!!

There was also a dolphin show. This was a lot of fun, neither one of us have ever been to a dolphin show so we really enjoyed it! Here is a video of the dolphins!
